Curiosity is what keeps me moving forward. Quiet hours with a book, a new question or an unfamiliar perspective often become the beginning of something meaningful. Through my doctoral studies and everyday learning, I want to understand more deeply, think critically and bring that understanding into thoughtful care. There is always something new to discover—in medicine, and in people.

I love exchanging ideas about contemporary practice, new technologies and the questions shaping women's health. These encounters encourage me to stay curious, remain open to different perspectives and keep growing.

Always learning

Learning does not end with a qualification. Workshops, practical training and conversations with colleagues give me opportunities to revisit what I know and discover a different approach. I value the willingness to ask questions, listen carefully and learn from experience. For me, growth means staying open—and finding small, useful ways to bring new knowledge into everyday practice.

Working together

Good care grows through people who trust and respect one another. In a clinical team, each person brings experience, attention and a different point of view. I value an environment where we can ask for support, share what we know and learn together. Collaboration is more than working side by side; it is taking shared responsibility for the people in our care.

Care and empathy

In women's health, clinical precision and empathy belong together. Technology can help us see more clearly, but listening helps us understand the person in front of us. I want every examination to leave room for questions, explanation and reassurance. To me, thoughtful care means combining knowledge with kindness—and remembering that each patient brings her own concerns, hopes and story.

Sharing ideas

A good conversation can change the way we see a familiar question. I enjoy exchanging clinical experiences, hearing how colleagues approach care in different healthcare systems and exploring the possibilities that emerge between perspectives. I am open to discussions about research, new practices and future collaboration. Progress often starts with the simple willingness to listen and share.

Human connections

The journey is also made of the moments between the work: shared laughter, a coffee and time with the people around us. These connections remind me that kindness and a sense of belonging matter in every part of life. I value relationships built on openness and mutual respect, and I hope to meet people who bring both curiosity and warmth to what they do.
